Cut & Come Again Zinnia Care Guide

So much color for one plant! If you love watching pollinators jump from bloom to bloom and fresh cut flowers, this plant is for you!

Cut & Come Again Zinnia

(Zinnia elegans)

With an array of colors, you will be amazed daily by this beautiful annual flower! It truly lives up to its name and will provide you and pollinators, with blooms all summer long. Unlike other Zinnia varieties, this heirloom type boosts a large center capitulum that provides a lot of nectar for visiting flyers. Great for containers, flower beds, or anywhere else you want to add some color to your garden. Deer resistant, heat tolerant, and easy to grow.

To save seeds for the next year, collect dried flower heads. Pull flower head apart and separate seeds from dead petals. Store in a dry airtight container after seeds fully dry. Sow directly outdoors after the last frost or sow indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost.

  • Moisture: Moderate water, from base avoiding steam and leaves

  • Hardiness Zone: Annual
